Opinions

This morning the Federal Circuit issued a nonprecedential opinion in a trade case appealed from the Court of International Trade. The opinion affirms the Court of International Trade’s calculation of an antidumping duty rate. Here is the introduction to the opinion.

Bosun Tools Co., Ltd. v. United States (Nonprecedential)

Bosun Tools Co., Ltd. et al. (collectively “Bosun”) appeal from the final judgment of the United States Court of International Trade (“the Trade Court”). Bosun Tools Co. v. United States, 493 F. Supp. 3d 1351 (Ct. Int’l Trade 2021) (“Decision”). The court sustained the United States Department of Commerce’s (“Commerce”) calculation of a 41.025% antidumping duty rate. J.A. 176–98 (“Second Remand”). Because substantial evidence supports the 41.025% rate, we affirm.
