Yesterday, the Federal Circuit announced that on October 13 it will hold a formal investiture ceremony for the court’s newest judge, the Honorable Leonard P. Stark. While the investiture is an invitation-only event, the court has indicated that audio will be live-streamed via the court’s YouTube channel. Here is the full text of the notice.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is holding a formal investiture ceremony for the Honorable Judge Leonard P. Stark on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern). Judge Stark was sworn in as a United States Circuit Judge on March 17, 2022, in a small, private ceremony.
Due to space limitations in the courthouse, the investiture is by invitation only. Livestreamed audio of the ceremony will be provided on the court’s YouTube channel.
