This morning, the Federal Circuit released two precedential opinions and two nonprecedential orders. One of the opinions comes in an appeal of a decision of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; the other comes in an appeal of a decision of the Court of Federal Claims. This morning, the Federal Circuit released four nonprecedential opinions and five Rule 36 judgments. Three of the opinions come in appeals from the Patent and Trademark Office involving the same parties involved in inter partes review proceedings.
