Late yesterday, the Federal Circuit released two nonprecedential orders, one sua sponte vacating a preliminary injunction and the other dismissing an appeal. This morning, the Federal Circuit released a precedential order denying a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to transfer a case out of the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas to the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas; four nonprecedential opinions in pro se cases; two nonprecedential orders dismissing appeals; and two summary affirmances. Opinions & Orders – December 11, 2024

Late yesterday the Federal Circuit released five nonprecedential orders. One denies a petition for a writ of mandamus, one transfers a case, two dismiss appeals, and one grants an agreed motion to remand a case. Today the Federal Circuit released three nonprecedential opinions and eight nonprecedential orders. Two of the opinions affirm decisions of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, while the third affirms a decision of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. One of the orders denies a petition, four transfer appeals, one dismisses an appeal, one denies a petition for a writ of mandamus, and one grants an agreed motion to remand a case. Opinions & Orders – July 25, 2024

This morning the Federal Circuit released one nonprecedential opinion and six nonprecedential orders. The opinion affirms a judgment from the Western District Court of Pennsylvania in a patent case. The first order reinstates an appeal and vacates a previous judgment while also affirming a decision from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. All the other orders are dismissals.
