Late yesterday, the Federal Circuit released a nonprecedential order dismissing an appeal. This morning, the court released two nonprecedential opinions, another nonprecedential order dismissing an appeal, and three Rule 36 judgments. One of the nonprecedential opinions comes in an appeal of a decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, while the other comes in a pro se appeal of a decision of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. This morning the Federal Circuit released three nonprecedential opinions. The first and second opinions come in cases appealed from the Court of Federal Claims and involve issues related to the Vaccine Act and jurisdiction, respectively. The third opinion comes in a patent case appealed from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The Federal Circuit also released two nonprecedential orders late yesterday and this morning. One transfers an appeal to the Northern District of Illinois, and the other dismisses an appeal. Finally, the Federal Circuit released two Rule 36 judgments. This morning the Federal Circuit issued three nonprecedential opinions in patent cases appealed from the Western District of Wisconsin, the Central District of California, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, respectively. The court also issued seven nonprecedential orders this morning and late yesterday. One grants a motion to transfer venue; two deny motions to transfer venue; two dismiss cases for lack of jurisdiction; and two grant voluntary dismissals.
