This morning, the Federal Circuit released four nonprecedential opinions and two nonprecedential orders. All four opinions come in veterans cases appealed from the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Both orders dismiss appeals. Late Friday, the Federal Circuit released one nonprecedential order dismissing an appeal. This morning, the court released one precedential opinion, four nonprecedential opinions, and one Rule 36 summary affirmance. The precedential opinion comes in a patent case appealed from the Southern District of Ohio. One of the nonprecedential opinions comes in a patent case appealed from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, one comes in a government contract case appealed from the Court of Federal Claims, one comes in a veterans case appealed from the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and one comes in a patent case appealed from the Western District of Michigan. This morning, the Federal Circuit released five nonprecedential opinions, three nonprecedential orders, and a Rule 36 judgment. In the opinions, the court affirmed a judgment in a patent case appealed from the Northern District of California; affirmed a dismissal for lack of jurisdiction by the Court of Federal Claims; affirmed a judgment of the Merit Systems Protection Board; affirmed a judgment of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; and affirmed another judgment of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
