This morning the Federal Circuit released a nonprecedential opinion in a patent case appealed from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The court also released four nonprecedential orders. Two summarily affirm; one grants a transfer to the Middle District of Georgia; and one grants a motion to dismiss an appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
