On Wednesday, the Federal Circuit announced temporary suspension of in-person payments due to courthouse repairs. Here is the full text of the announcement.
Due to courthouse repairs, the Clerk’s Office will not be able to accept in-person payments from November 16, 2026, through November 25, 2026. Payments received by mail and payments submitted through Pay.gov will continue to be accepted without interruption.
In-person payment services will resume on Monday, November 30, 2026.
