The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will hear oral argument in V.O.S. Selections, Inc. v. Trump, Case No. 25-1812, on July 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern). Due to high public interest, the court will livestream audio of the proceedings on its YouTube channel.
In-person attendance is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Strict procedures regarding entry, prohibited items, and courtroom conduct will be in effect. All visitors must comply with court policies and security directives.
