PT Medisafe Technologies (“Medisafe”) appeals from a decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (“PTO”) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) denying registration of its proposed mark. Because theBoard applied the correct test for determining whether a color mark is generic, and substantial evidence supports the Board’s determination that Medisafe’s proposed mark is generic, we affirm.
