Late last night the Federal Circuit announced that it will be closed today, February 12, due to inclement weather. Here is the full text of the announcement.
Due to inclement weather, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is closed to the public on February 12, 2025. Electronic case filing remains available through CM/ECF, and electronic filing deadlines remain in effect. Paper filings due on February 12, 2025 will be deemed as timely filed if received by the next day the court is open to the public. The Clerk’s Office will continue to provide services by telephone and email. Telework-ready employees should follow the court’s policies.
