Late yesterday the Federal Circuit announced that, despite rain and sleet in the Washington DC area, it would open on time this morning. Here is the full text of the announcement.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will open on time on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Unscheduled leave and telecommuting are authorized as approved by supervisors. Chambers staff should follow the policy of their respective judges. Oral argument sessions scheduled will proceed as normal.
