This morning the Federal Circuit released two nonprecedential opinions in pro se cases. Here are the introductions to the opinions.
Harvey v. McDonough (Nonprecedential)
Veteran Jimmie Harvey, Jr. appeals the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (“Veterans Court”) affirming in part, vacating in part, and remanding his action to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (“Board”). Because the sole claim Mr. Harvey raises on appeal was not at issue before the Veterans Court in this case, we dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
Reed v. Department of Health and Human Services (Nonprecedential)
Jwyanza Reed petitions pro se from a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“Board”) sustaining an action of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) requiring Ms. Reed to take leave without pay because she delayed signing a telework agreement. We affirm.
