This morning the Federal Circuit released nonprecedential opinions in two cases appealed from the Court of Federal Claims. In both cases, the Federal Circuit affirms a dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Notably, both cases involve the same plaintiff. Here are the introductions to the opinions.
Podlucky v. United States (Nonprecedential)
Gregory Joseph Podlucky appeals a decision of the United States Court of Federal Claims dismissing his complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Because Mr. Podlucky fails to identify a money-mandating source of substantive law for his claim, we affirm.
Podlucky v. United States (Nonprecedential)
Gregory Joseph Podlucky and Karla Sue Podlucky appeal a decision of the United States Court of Federal Claims dismissing their complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Because the Podluckys did not file their complaint within six years of their claim’s accrual, we affirm.
