This morning the Federal Circuit announced that it will be closed on Friday, November 26, following its closure for the Thanksgiving federal holiday on Thursday, November 25. Here is the text of today’s announcement.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will be closed on Friday, November 26, 2021, in addition to the federal holiday of Thursday, November 25, 2021. For purposes of computation of time and motions to en-large time under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 26 and Federal Circuit Rule 26, November 26, 2021, will be considered a “legal holiday.” The full order is available on the court’s website (pdf).
