One of the opinions comes in an appeal of a decision of the Court of Federal Claims; the other comes in a pro se appeal of a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board. Buy Belize, LLC; Buy International, Inc.; Eco-Futures Development, LLC; Eco-Futures Belize, Ltd.; Foundation Development Management, Inc.; Global Property Alliance, Inc.; Power Haus Marketing; Sanctuary Belize Property Owners’ Association; Sittee River Wildlife Reserve; and the Estate of John Pukke (collectively, “Buy Belize”) appeal the United States Court of Federal Claims’s dismissal of their complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. We affirm.
Holmes v. Department of the Army (Nonprecedential)
Tysha S. Holmes petitions for review from the Final Order of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) finding the Army in compliance with the Board’s previous order. That prior order mandated the Army to halt efforts to recoup interim relief payments from Ms. Holmes for the period between December 15, 2013 and July 9, 2014. See SAppx 1–12, 167–68. For the following reasons, we affirm.
