This evening the Federal Circuit announced the court will open two hours late tomorrow, February 23. Here is the full text of the announcement.
Due to inclement weather, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will operate on a 2-hour delayed arrival on February 23, 2026. Staff should plan to arrive for work no more than 2 hours later than they would normally be expected to arrive. Unscheduled leave and telecommuting are authorized as approved by supervisors. Chambers staff should follow the policy of their respective judges.
