All electronic filing deadlines will remain in effect, and paper filings due January 26 or January 27, 2026 will be deemed as timely if received by the next day the court is open to the public. Due to inclement weather, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is closed to the public on January 27, 2026. Electronic case filing remains available through CM/ECF, and electronic filing deadlines remain in effect. Paper filings due on January 26 or January 27, 2026, will be deemed as timely filed if received by the next day the court is open to the public. The Clerk’s Office will continue to provide services by telephone and email. Telework-ready employees should follow the court’s policies.
