Yesterday, the Federal Circuit announced that tomorrow the Clerk’s Office and Circuit library will temporarily be unavailable for public services and support in the afternoon. Here is the full text of the announcement.
On December 11, 2025, the Clerk’s Office and Circuit Library will be temporarily unavailable for public services and support from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Eastern). Nonelectronic filings and materials may be deposited in the drop box located in the lobby of the National Courts Building. Electronic filing will remain available.
