With the restoration of federal appropriations for the judiciary, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has resumed normal operations effective immediately, November 13, 2025. Administrative Orders 2026-01 and 2026-02 are rescinded.
The Clerk’s Office public intake counter has returned to normal business hours. The Circuit Library is open and all public and support services have resumed, including access for members of the bar and unrepresented filers. All court operations and services are now available without restriction.
