This morning, the Federal Circuit released one nonprecedential opinion, two nonprecedential orders, and five Rule 36 judgments. Karla P. Benton petitions pro se for review of a final order of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“Board”) dismissing as untimely her petition for review of an initial decision. See Benton v. Dep’t of Homeland Sec., DA-0432-17- 0073-I-1 (M.S.P.B. Jan. 8, 2025) (“Final Order”). We affirm.
