This morning, the Federal Circuit released two nonprecedential opinions. Both come in pro se cases. One comes in an appeal from the Court of Federal Claims, and the other comes in an appeal from the Merit Systems Protection Board. Here are their introductions.

Chisum v. United States (Nonprecedential)

Ramey Alaine Chisum appeals a decision of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims dismissing her complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim. Chisum v. United States, No. 24-67, 2025 WL 432997 (Fed. Cl. Feb. 7, 2025) (“Decision”). For the following reasons, we affirm.

Young v. Department of Defense (Nonprecedential)

Teresa M. Young appeals pro se a final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board denying corrective action in her individual right of action appeal. For the following reasons, we affirm.
