On Wednesday, the Federal Circuit announced that next month it will be relocating the court’s drop box and changing the times when it will be available. Here is the text of the announcement.
Effective October 20, 2025, the court’s document drop box will be relocated to the main lobby of the National Courts Building and will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). Prior to being deposited in the drop box, all items must be date-stamped using the provided stamp and go through security screening.
