This morning the Federal Circuit released two nonprecedential opinions, one in a trademark case on appeal from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and another in an appeal from the Merit Systems Protection Board. Here are the introductions to the opinions.

Mia S. Rhee appeals a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, which affirmed an initial decision by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration that removed Ms. Rhee from the position of Special Agent. We affirm.
In re Agadia Systems Inc. (Nonprecedential)
Agadia Systems Inc. sought to register the proposed trademark FORMULARYHUB with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The PTO refused registration, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board affirmed. Agadia timely appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
