This morning the Federal Circuit released four nonprecedential orders. The first two are denials of petitions, and the other two are dismissals. Here are the introductions to the denials of petitions and links to the dismissals.

Akerman v. Department of the Army (Nonprecedential Order)

Martin Akerman petitions for permission for interlocutory appeal from a May 31, 2024 Acknowledgement Order issued by an administrative judge of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
