Here is an update on recent activity at the Supreme Court in cases decided by the Federal Circuit. With respect to granted cases, there is no new activity to report since our last update. With respect to petitions, one new petition was filed by a pro se petitioner asking the Court to consider what the proper standard of review is for an appeal seeking to correct military records. Here are the details.

A new petition was filed with the Court in Pohl v. United States. In this case, the pro se petitioner presented the following question for review:
- “Is the proper standard of review for an appeal to correct a military record 10 U.S.C. § 1552 as stated in both the statute and Respondents DD Form 149, or is it 28 U.S.C. § 1491 known as the Tucker Act?”
