In the opinion, the court affirmed a judgment appealed from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. The four nonprecedential orders dismiss appeals. In this consolidated appeal, VirnetX Inc. (“VirnetX”) appeals from two final written decisions of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) holding the challenged claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,502,135 (“’135 patent”) and 7,490,151 (“’151 patent”) unpatentable. VirnetX also challenges Black Swamp IP, LLC’s (“Black Swamp”) joinder. We affirm.
