This morning, the Federal Circuit released four nonprecedential orders. In the first order, the court granted a petition to transfer an appeal from the Southern District of California to the Ninth Circuit. The other three nonprecedential orders dismiss appeals. Here is text from the order transferring the appeal and links to the dismissals.

Cabaniss v. Pfizer Inc. (Nonprecedential Order)

In response to this court’s show cause order, the appellant requests transfer to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. . . . [W]e deem it the better course to transfer for the Ninth Circuit to consider any arguments on the merits.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631, this case and all transmittals are transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
