This morning, the Federal Circuit released a nonprecedential opinion dismissing a pro se appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The court also released a summary affirmance and an order dismissing an appeal. Here is the introduction to the opinion and links to the summary affirmance and dismissal.

Groner v. McDonough (Nonprecedential)

William Groner appeals a decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims affirming the Board of Veterans’ Appeals’ decision denying Mr. Groner’s request to reopen his claim for service-connected disability benefits. Because we lack jurisdiction, we dismiss.
