This morning the Federal Circuit announced that the court issued Revised Protocols for In-Person Arguments. Notably, masks are no longer required to be worn when entering the National Courts Building and connected buildings. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has issued new Revised Protocols for In-Person Arguments (pdf) effective immediately. In accordance with Administrative Order 2022-07, the Federal Circuit will no longer require masks to be worn when entering the National Courts Building and connecting buildings.
