This morning the Federal Circuit released a nonprecedential opinion in a patent case appealed from the Eastern District of Virginia. Eurica Califorrniaa appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia granting summary judgment in favor of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”). See Califorrniaa v. Hirshfeld, No. 1-20-cv-00985, 2021 WL 6196996 (E.D. Va. Dec. 20, 2021). We affirm.
