This morning the Federal Circuit released a nonprecedential opinion in a patent case appealed from the District of Massachusetts, affirming the district court’s grant of summary judgment of non-infringement. Here is the introduction to the opinion.

ACQIS, LLC appeals from the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts’s grant of summary judgment of noninfringement in favor of EMC Corporation. ACQIS, LLC v. EMC Corp., No. 14-CV-13560-ADB, 2021 WL 1088207 (D. Mass. Feb. 19, 2021). We find no error in the district court’s decision and, as such, we affirm.
