Opinions

Today the Federal Circuit released two nonprecedential opinions. One came in an employment case appealed from the Merit Systems Protection Board. The other came in an appeal from the Court of Federal Claims, which had dismissed a complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The court also dismissed an appeal. Here are the introductions to the opinions and a link to the dismissal.

Campion v. Department of Defense (Nonprececential)

James Phillip Campion appeals a decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board affirming the Department of Defense’s indefinite suspension of Mr. Campion. The Board did not err in its analysis, so we affirm.

Kelly-Leppert v. United States (Nonprecedential)

Consuelo Kelly-Leppert appeals the Court of Federal Claims’ dismissal of her complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction and its denial of her motions for reconsideration. We affirm.
