This morning the Federal Circuit released a “Notice of Change to January 2022 Session.” In it, the court announced it will conduct all arguments in January by telephone as a result of “public health conditions impacting the National Capital Region.” Here is the text of today’s announcement.
Due to changing public health conditions impacting the National Capital Region, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will now be conducting all scheduled arguments for the January 2022 session by telephonic hearing.
The Clerk’s Office will be individually notifying counsel scheduled for the January session of this change and providing additional instructions.
