TVnGO Ltd. (BVI) (“TVnGO”) appeals a final patent-invalidity judgment by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. We agree that the patent claims TVnGO asserts against LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “LGE”) are indefinite under 35 U.S.C. § 112, paragraph 2. We therefore affirm.
