This morning the Federal Circuit announced that an updated edition of the court’s rules are available on the court’s website. Here is the text of today’s announcement.
Pursuant to the court’s December 9, 2020 public notice, an updated edition of the Federal Circuit Rules is now available on the court’s website. This edition incorporates the emergency amendment to Federal Circuit Rule 15(f).
