“Whether it is proper to affirm a determination of indefiniteness under 35 U.S.C. §112, ¶2, for failure to disclose an algorithm, when no algorithm is required because the functions are coextensive with the structure disclosed; even though a simple algorithm, is set forth in the figures and the specification, and this Court’s precedent confirms that an algorithm can be simple, and the claimed function(s) can be coextensive?”
